Guangdong Ruiyuan Technology Co. Ltd was established in 2003 and we specialize in the development, production and sales of seamless and seam underwear. We own the brands "YIXUENI" for bras, underwears, thermal underwears, corsets, women's control panties, fashionable dresses and more, which are elegant, fashionable, sexy and elaborate.
We work with Donghua University and China Knitting Industrial Association for advanced technology development for seamless underwear. We have utility model patent, design patent and patent for invention. We comply with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, GB/T2008:2001 and BV standards.
We make use of materials such as cotton, nylon, spandex, modal fiber, tinsel fiber, charcoal fiber and cotton fiber in which some are bought from Italy, Israel and Taiwan. All our materials meet Eco-friendly requirements. Our color fastness tests reach a level of 3.5.
Aside from local markets, our products are exported to Europe, the US, Japan, South-east Asia, Korea, Taiwan and many others.
Our factory covers 38,000 square meters and consists of four production lines. We make use of more than 200 Santoni machines from Italy (Top1/Top2 Size: 11" to 18") and our monthly production capacity is over three million pieces.
We have over 600 staff members in which 50 are QC inspectors with 10 years of work experience and 20 designers with doctorate degrees. Our designers make use of 3-D stereo design and are assigned in our three special R&D centers. They are able to develop sample designs in seven days and 50 new items monthly. Our workers work hand in hand to achieve qualification rate of 99 percent and running order rate of 100 percent.
